Holiday-Let Electrical Services
Electrical inspections, installations and repairs for holiday homes and holiday lets in Helston and surrounding Cornwall.
Discuss EICRs, damaged accessories, lighting, extraction, alarm upgrades and planned electrical improvements with Rob Jones Electrical. Work can be scoped around owner, manager and guest access, with attendance confirmed directly.
Holiday accommodation has requirements that depend on its use and circumstances. An EICR assesses the fixed electrical installation within its agreed scope; it is not a complete fire-safety assessment or a guarantee of compliance with every holiday-let requirement.
Send the postcode, accommodation type, previous reports and available access dates to request a quotation.
Request an EICR or Quote
