How We Work
Rob Jones Electrical plans inspection, installation and maintenance work around the property, its use and your requirements, with safety and practical access considered from the outset.
Installation work is described in a written estimate, normally valid for 30 days. EICR scope and inspection fees, and any fault-finding or attendance charges, are agreed before booking or attendance. Rob Jones Electrical is not VAT registered.
If additional work or an unforeseen issue changes the agreed scope, the options and any additional cost are discussed and agreed before proceeding. An estimate does not authorise extra work automatically.
Suitable access and any necessary power interruptions are arranged in advance. Installation work is inspected, tested and certified as appropriate, with Building Regulations notification where required.
A 12-month workmanship guarantee applies as described in the installation terms; your statutory rights remain unaffected. Manufacturer warranties apply to products as appropriate.
Work is carried out with care for your property. Filling or skimming of chases, decorating and final making good are excluded unless specifically included in the written estimate.
