How We Work

In short, we can call on a group of engineers with a wide range of skills who offer home and business Installation, Inspection & Testing and maintenance services. 

We will break down the work into stages and focus on safety, then aesthetics and luxury. 

We are willing to beat prices from other estimates, but will not match prices for substandard work.

We are not currently registered for VAT, and extras and variations must be agreed upon in writing before work begins. The costs given are based on the idea that the site will be open and accessible at all times. 

Any extra work that isn't included in the estimate will become chargeable at the end of the project. 

Any estimates given are valid for 30 days from the date on the estimate and unforeseen circumstances may result in additional labour and resource costs. 

The work and materials are guaranteed for 12 months, and all electrical installation work will comply with BS7671: 2018 (latest Amendment) and Building Regulations.

We will make every effort to undertake installation work to a clean and tidy standard, but any filling or skimming of chases, re-decoration and final making good will be at the customers cost.
